Become the professional people choose.
You build your business on your expertise. I help you build the sales that can support it.
We work on your sales strategy, how you turn your expertise into commercial value, and your capacity to hold that value when pressure, money, rejection or negotiation show up.
You can sell and still not build the business you want.
- You can have clients and too little profit.
- You can have plenty of opportunities, but not the right ones.
- You can be very good at what you do, and still have the client not be clear enough on why they should choose you.
- You can know your price is fair, and still start justifying it the moment you hear "that's too expensive."
- You can have a good strategy, and abandon it the moment there's a real risk of losing the client.
Because selling isn't just about technique. It's about the link between the business you want to build, the way you choose to sell, and what happens to you when the stakes become real.
Before we change how you sell, it's worth understanding what needs to change.
Maybe the problem is in your commercial direction. Maybe in your sales system. Maybe the strategy is good, but some of the value gets lost when it reaches the real conversation with the client.
I created the Commercial Strategy Diagnostic as a first exercise in clarity.
In 3–5 minutes, we look at three dimensions — commercial direction, sales system, and execution & negotiation — and identify where it's worth looking more closely.
This isn't a test of how "good" you are at sales. It's a starting point for a better conversation about the business you want to build.
Take the Commercial Strategy Diagnostic →The question isn't just "How can I sell better?"
There's a question that comes before that:
- What do you need to sell?
- To whom?
- At what margin?
- Which opportunities are worth pursuing, and which drain your energy without building your business?
- What should the offer look like?
- How do you communicate value before you talk about price?
- What are you willing to negotiate, and what not?
When the answers to these questions become clear, selling stops being a collection of techniques.
It becomes part of your business strategy.
Knowing what to do isn't enough.
This is where the part of selling we talk about too little shows up.
- You can know you shouldn't offer a discount too early — and offer it anyway.
- You can know you should ask the hard question — and avoid it.
- You can know a client isn't right for you — and take them on anyway because you need the business.
- You can have your arguments ready — and start over-explaining the moment you feel you're losing control of the conversation.
In these moments, the problem is no longer a lack of information.
It's your capacity to stay present, clear and steady long enough to do what you know actually serves your business.
That's why I work with three dimensions together.
We start from the business. Where you are, where you want to get to, and what needs to happen commercially for that goal to become realistic. We clarify clients, offer, priorities, opportunities, pipeline and the actions that deserve your energy. Strategy tells you where you need to go.
We turn expertise into value the client can understand and use in their decision. We work on positioning, offer, communicating value, sales conversations, price and negotiation — not to sound "more convincing," but to be able to lead the conversation toward a good decision for both sides. Commercial skill lets you execute the strategy.
We also work with what happens when the conversation gets hard: fear of rejection, the need for approval, the urge to prove yourself, discomfort around money, avoiding conflict, the impulse to make a concession just to make the tension disappear. You learn to notice these reactions and reclaim your capacity to choose. Because a good strategy is worth little if you abandon it exactly when it gets uncomfortable.
This is the difference.
I don't think the sales problem gets solved just by learning one more technique. Nor just by working on your confidence. And an excellent commercial strategy doesn't produce results either, if you can't execute it in real conversations.
That's why, in my work, I connect:
Strategy tells you what you need to do.
Commercial skill shows you how to do it.
Inner capacity helps you keep doing it when the stakes become real.
Why I work this way
Because I didn't learn sales only from books. I have more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales, from local markets to regional and global roles, from technical products and services to complex commercial negotiations.
I've managed multi-million-euro portfolios, contracts worth over €50M, negotiations with real stakes, and situations where a big sale wasn't automatically a good one. That's where I learned that selling has to serve the business strategy, not just the sales target.
Later, my training in coaching and somatic coaching showed me the other half of the equation: why highly competent people, who know exactly what they should do, react differently the moment pressure, money, conflict or the risk of rejection enter the room. Today I bring the two together.
Business strategy. Sales. Negotiation. Coaching. Working with the human reaction under pressure. Not as separate disciplines — but as parts of the same commercial performance.
What the people I've worked with say
"The result of taking this course showed up in a job change in under a month after finishing it."
Alexandra Buzna, HTSY"I noticed an improvement in my colleagues' attitude toward selling — they understood more clearly that success means selling, but not at any price. Results grew across insurance, investment funds, and credit cards."
Ana-Claudia Cristea, ING Office Manager"I became aware of the sales process, which lets me steer conversations more easily and identify the client's needs."
Alexandru Nedelcu, Coaching"The clear structure and practical examples taught me to build a coherent message and communicate convincingly. Claudia has a way of surfacing what matters quickly and turning blockers into clear next steps."
Alexandru Tone, HTSY"This program gave me clarity on what I offer clients, and the confidence that I have everything I need to sell. I was unsure about the first steps and finished knowing exactly what to focus on."
Alexandra Viscrian, HTSY"She pushed me out of my comfort zone, asking hard questions from a different angle. She wasn't afraid to challenge me to reassess my own beliefs, always with the goal of helping me reach mine."
Antoaneta Paveliuc, Coaching
AI prepares the conversation. You close it.
Artificial intelligence has made knowledge more accessible than ever. We can research faster, prepare better, solve problems more efficiently. But that also changes what actually creates value.
As technical expertise becomes easier to access, the human side of expertise matters more: how you communicate, build trust, ask the right questions, negotiate, and help others decide. AI can't walk into the room for you. It can't decide when you hold your ground, when you negotiate, and when you walk away. It can't build trust on your behalf.
I've always believed people choose people. Today, that belief feels more relevant than ever.
How we can work together
Sales Partnership 1:1
If you're an entrepreneur, founder or independent expert selling your own expertise, we work directly on your business and your real commercial situations — from a single specific problem to building a sales system for the next 90 days.
Group Programs
Some things are learned differently when we practice them together. Group programs combine structure, practice, coaching, and the experience of other participants to work on skills that matter more and more in a world where information is a click away: clarity of value, sales conversations, negotiation, presence, and the capacity to stay yourself when the stakes rise.
For Your Team
My sales and negotiation trainings start from your team's real commercial situations. Not just "what to say," but how to uncover value, lead the conversation, handle objections, and negotiate better when there's pressure.
If we don't know where to start yet, we can start by finding out.
The Commercial Strategy Diagnostic helps us see where it's worth looking first: at your commercial direction, your sales system, or what happens in execution and negotiation.
