Maybe the problem isn't that you don't know how to sell

You know you have a good business. But is your sales built to support it?

  • You have business goals, but it isn't clear what needs to happen in sales to reach them.
  • You have clients, but not necessarily the ones you need for the next stage.
  • You have a good offer, but it's hard to explain why it's worth the price.
  • You have conversations, but too many end with "let me think about it."
  • You lower the price or make concessions before anyone even asks.
  • You walk into a negotiation already braced to defend yourself.
  • You know what you should do, but when the pressure shows up, you do something else.

Selling isn't separate from your business. It's one of the mechanisms through which your business gets built.

What's actually the problem

Selling needs more than techniques.

You need three things working together:

01 — Strategy

Direction

Knowing what you want to get out of the business, and what needs to happen in sales to get there.

02 — Execution

Action

Knowing how to communicate your value, build the offer, lead the conversation, and negotiate.

03 — Inner capacity

Stability

Being able to do all of this even when pressure, rejection, the fear of losing the client, or the discomfort of money shows up.

Business Strategy → Sales Strategy → Sales Execution ↔ Inner Capacity

How we work, at the process level

From the business goal to the sales conversation

01 · The business

Where are you? Where do you want to get to?

What you want to build, what resources you're starting from, and what business goal you're pursuing.

↓
02 · Sales strategy

Who and what do you need to sell?

At what level, how many opportunities you need, and where the sale is actually getting stuck.

↓
03 · The capacity to sell

How do you hold, in conversation, what you've clarified?

How you communicate your value, hold the price, and handle objections and negotiation.

↓
04 · Execution in the real world

You apply it, we observe, we adjust.

You apply it to real clients, offers and negotiations. We observe what happens. We adjust. We repeat.

The transformation

What you'll be able to do differently by the end of the program

In business

  • know what needs to happen in sales to support your business goals
  • have clearer commercial priorities for the next 90 days
  • make better decisions about clients, offers and opportunities

In sales

  • put your value into words and communicate it more clearly
  • have an offer aligned with the client and with your business
  • hold the price
  • lead difficult conversations better
  • negotiate without making concessions just to escape discomfort

In yourself

  • recognize what happens to you when pressure shows up
  • return to a state of stability
  • stop reacting on autopilot
  • stay present even when the stakes are high
How we work

8 sessions. One logical thread.

The Sales Partnership is a 3-month, 1:1 process. We have 8 sessions of 60 minutes each, roughly once every two weeks, and you have my support between sessions.

1

Business → Sales

We start from your business. Goals, context, clients, offer, the current reality of your sales, and what needs to happen for your business goal to become realistic.

2

The Clarity Map

We set your commercial priorities. What you sell, to whom, where to focus your energy, and what needs to change over the next 90 days.

3

Under-valuing + the body under pressure

You understand what throws you off balance. Patterns of under-valuing, money, rejection, conflict, and how your body reacts in difficult moments.

The somatic exercise
4

Your Value Map

You identify the value you bring. Experience, results, differentiators, your Personal Arsenal, and their relevance to the client you want to attract.

Identity Map · Personal Arsenal
5

The Vocabulary of Value + PiTCh

You learn to communicate it simply. What you do, for whom, what you do differently, and what changes for the client.

The PiTCh technique
6

Positioning & offer

You build the offer that supports the strategy. Client, problem, transformation, differentiation and price.

The language of benefits
7

Negotiation

You learn to negotiate without losing yourself. Strategy, tools, body work, and simulations on real negotiations.

Negotiation toolbox
8

Integration & action plan

You turn everything into a working system. Goals, pipeline, actions, priorities, and the plan for the next 90 days.

This is the structure I propose for the program. It can be adapted to your specific needs.

How we work, overall

We don't just work on sales

We work on three levels, at the same time.

Business

  • goals
  • clients
  • strategy
  • priorities
  • pipeline

Sales

  • value
  • offer
  • conversations
  • negotiation
  • price

You

  • confidence
  • pressure
  • money
  • boundaries
  • regulation

Because knowing what to do isn't enough. You have to be able to do it when the conversation gets hard.

Concrete

We don't work on made-up examples

We bring into the program:

  • the offer you want to sell
  • the price you want to ask for
  • the client you want to win
  • the offer you couldn't close
  • the conversation where you heard "it's too expensive"
  • the negotiation that made you give in
  • the client you're not sure is worth pursuing
  • the situation where you know what you should do, but can't quite do it

This is where the program becomes very tangible.

Who this is for

Who is the Sales Partnership for?

It's for you if:

  • you're an entrepreneur, founder, freelancer or independent expert
  • you sell your own expertise or services
  • you know you deliver well, but don't always manage to sell at the level of your value
  • you want to improve how you present your value, build your offer, and negotiate
  • you're willing to work on real situations and apply what we build between sessions
  • you've reached a moment where you feel something needs to change
  • you already have something valuable to sell and want to build a sales system that supports your business's next stage

Maybe you recently lost an important client. Maybe you had a negotiation that didn't go the way you wanted. Maybe you just launched your business and you're realizing that, from now on, you need to learn to sell yourself.

You don't have to be "bad at sales." Often the program is exactly right for people who are very good at what they do and need to bring that same competence into the commercial side.

Who it's NOT for This isn't a program for someone looking only for closing techniques, scripts, or quick tricks, without wanting to look at the business behind the sale. It's not for someone who wants to collect more information without applying it. And it's not for someone who isn't willing to look at the less comfortable part of the process too: how they react when they're put under pressure.

The three months matter precisely because the change doesn't happen only during the sessions. You apply it in your business, see what works, come back with the real situations, and we adjust together.

Why we work together

I built this approach out of two worlds I can't separate.

Over 25 years of international B2B sales — complex negotiations, clients, commercial pressure, large prices and contracts, over €50M negotiated annually.

And over 300 hours of coaching — business coaching, career coaching and somatic coaching. As an accredited trainer, I also lead sales courses for various companies.

I've seen the same thing many times: you can know exactly what to do in a negotiation, and yet the moment the stakes rise, you can no longer do what you know. My own practical experience proved that my relationship with myself defines the outcome in the moments when I'm under pressure. How I perceive the value I create, how I relate to money, to the other person, to competition — these are just a few of the things that make the difference in negotiations and sales. I learned to find my balance, my strength and my focus by coming back into my body when my mind and emotions were overwhelmed in difficult moments. To tell the difference between personal failure and a rejected offer. To manage countless client crises and realize it isn't about me.

Sales and negotiations are about meeting a need with a solution, at the point of balance. That takes calm, focus and preparation. And anyone can do it, because it isn't about talent — it's about becoming aware, changing, learning, applying.

Frequently asked questions

What else you should know

How long does the program last?

3 months, with 8 individual sessions of 60 minutes each, roughly once every two weeks.

Is this a sales course?

No. It's a 1:1 program, built around your real sales, pricing and negotiation situations.

Is the program about business strategy or about sales?

It's about sales, but sales worked on in the context of your business strategy. We don't build a generic business plan — we clarify what needs to happen in sales for your goals to become realistic.

Is it coaching or consulting?

It's a blend of coaching, mentoring and consulting. Coaching where the answer lies with you: clarity, how you react under pressure. Mentoring where my experience in B2B sales since 2000 helps. Consulting when you need a direct recommendation on your offer, pricing or strategy. The decisions and the application stay yours.

Do I need to already have a business?

The program is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers and experts who already have services or expertise they sell. But it's also open to people who want to get better at selling products, services, or their own skills — whether internally as an employee, or externally to their company's clients.

Will we work on my actual situations?

Yes. That's one of the reasons the program is 1:1.

How much of it is inner work?

It's built into the process, not a separate personal-development track. We work on the things that directly affect your capacity to sell: pressure, money, rejection, boundaries, conflict, and your body's reactions.

What happens between sessions?

You'll have my support throughout the program, and concrete things to apply between sessions.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can pay in full or in 2–3 instalments.

What happens after the 3 months?

In the last session we build an action plan together for the next 90 days, so you can keep applying what we've worked on.

Not sure you need the whole program?

Opportunity Session

Maybe you don't need three months right now. Maybe you have one important situation to work through: an offer you need to reposition, a price you don't know how to hold, an important negotiation, a difficult client, an opportunity you're not sure is worth pursuing — or simply the sense that something isn't working in your sales, without it being clear yet what.

In one individual session we work directly on that situation. You leave with more clarity on the problem, your options, and the next steps.
