Privacy Policy

This page explains what data I collect on claudiacristea.com, why, how long I keep it, and what rights you have. I've tried to write it plainly rather than in dense legal language.

Who I am

The controller of the data collected through this site is Claudia Cristea. For any question about your personal data, you can reach me at contact@claudiacristea.com.

What data I collect

I only collect personal data when you give it to me directly — for example:

  • First name and email address, when you complete the Commercial Strategy Diagnostic or the contact form.
  • Your answers to the diagnostic questions and the scores calculated from them.
  • The source of your visit (e.g. the link you came from, UTM parameters) — this helps me understand what content is useful.

Your progress through the diagnostic is saved temporarily in your browser (local storage), so you don't lose your answers if the page reloads by accident. This data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere until you choose to enter your email.

Why I use this data

  • To send you your diagnostic result by email.
  • To respond if you contact me.
  • Only if you explicitly opt in — to send you articles, resources, and information about my programs. You won't receive these unless you've explicitly ticked that box.

Who I share data with

I don't sell or rent your data to third parties. I use trusted technical services to make the site and communications work:

  • Resend — to send automated emails (your diagnostic result).
  • Vercel — to host the site.
  • Microsoft Bookings — if you book a Discovery Call, the booking data is handled directly by Microsoft.

How long I keep data

I keep contact data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — typically until you ask me to delete it, or until it's clear it's no longer relevant (for example, no contact for several years).

Your rights

Under data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • request a copy of the data I hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your marketing consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with your national data protection authority if you feel your rights aren't being respected.

For any request related to these rights, write to me at contact@claudiacristea.com.
